Узкий въезд во двор, но это не зависит от хозяина. Не было штопора что стало проблемой.

Стоит иметь в виду что проезд на парковку достаточно узкий. И не каждая машина туда въедет. Так же отсутствие лифта может доставить неудобства.

​To get to the parking space, you have to drive down a street that is supposedly for pedestrians, though the bollards in the middle are retracted to allow vehicle access. The gate is extremely narrow; a Mazda CX-60 could only fit with its side mirrors folded, otherwise it would be damaged. Finding the staircase wasn't difficult, but it is only lit on the first floor—the rest of the floors have no lighting at all. The apartment was renovated some time ago and seems to get minor touch-ups from time to time, but the work was done incredibly poorly and in the cheapest way possible, so it still looks tragic. I took some photos to show how it looks; keep in mind these aren't the only bad spots, as the rest of the place looks similar.
